Only logged-in users can shop in our store. You can create a permanent account by clicking the option Register in the top bar of the menu. After completing the registration form, wait at the e-mail address provided by you for the Confirmation of Registration sent by us, which will contain the activation link for the account.

The form is prepared in such a way that it does not take you longer than 2 minutes to complete it - we only need your basic contact details and order processing. 

Click on activation link for the account delivered by us in an e-mail and use all the possibilities the store gives you: track the products you are interested in, control all your orders, edit - if necessary - your contact details.


The vintagestore.eu store is open non-stop, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The sale includes vintage items (used) and new items.

The given prices are gross. The prices do not include shipping costs.

Choose package options and payment method. Here you can make changes to the destination address to which the shipment will be sent and add information for the personal account if you need one. Each purchase is accompanied by the receipt, which is the basis for all complaints.

We will send you an e-mail to the address provided by your Confirmation of placing an order.

We provide you with 48 hours to pay for the order, after this time we do not guarantee that your payment will reach us on time, which may result in automatic cancellation of the order.

We would like to remind you that the fastest way to pay for goods is to use the so-called PayU.pl instant transfers – This service is available to all people who pay by credit card or have online bank accounts.

The product offered by vintagestore.eu usually appears in single copies, if one of them is described as Sold it means that the product is no longer available.


At vintagestore.eu, we sell new and used goods carefully selected by us, ensuring that they are of the best possible quality. However, they may have traces of usage. Here are the product status indications we use:

NEW – condition indication for a new product.
PERFECT (MINT) – minimal signs of use are allowed, such as material being pulled in an inconspicuous place, etc.
VERY GOOD – traces of use that do not affect the use, i.e. pilling, missing button, small tear on the seam, small hole, stain, etc. (small defects may occur in larger numbers at the same time) – everything will be detailed in the description of the item.

Defects described only by the condition (e.g. VERY GOOD) and not mentioned (due to their detail) will be provided at your request - we never hide the defects of the goods, as it is not in our interest. It is in your best interest to learn as much as possible about the product before purchasing it.

The dimensions are measured flat. Stretchy fabrics are not stretched. In the case of these fabrics, their dimensions may slightly differ from the actual ones, because their width depends on the way they are arranged.

By choosing this payment method, you can make a quick online transfer immediately after placing the order. We receive payment made this way almost immediately. Online transfers are made via PayPal or PayU.pl. On behalf of vintagestore.eu, fast electronic payments are handled by PayPal (Europe) S.? r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349) or PayU S.A. based in Poznań 60-324, ul. Marcelińska 90, the operator of the PayU.pl website, which acts as a fee collector. The account number for this form of transaction is different from our store account (generated automatically). Payments made in this way are not charged with commissions.

The administrator of the personal data stored in the online store is the company Retro-Future. Retro-Future exercises permanent control over the data processing process and limits access to data as much as possible.

Personal data are processed by the website adivintage.com following art. 23 sec. 1, 1,3 and 5, acts from 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data, exclusively for purposes related to running an online store. Providing any personal data is voluntary. The user has the right to access their data and to modify them.

The data provided by the User during registration and placing orders are used exclusively for recording sales, contacting the User in matters related to orders and for the execution of orders placed by the User.

Retro-Future provides Users with the option of removing personal data from the data set. To delete data, the User should send a relevant statement in electronic or written form to vintagestore.eu.


The website vintagestore.eu uses Cookies (cookies). These are text files stored by the browser on the User's device, containing:

? unique Cookie number.

The content of cookies does not allow personal identification of the User. Cookies are not processed or stored personal data. Cookies on the site are used to authenticate the logged-in user, display the personalized content of the website to the User, and for statistical purposes.

Goods purchased in our store can be returned without giving a reason. However, please notify by e-mail the planned return within 24h after receiving the shipment. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment? do we only accept intact goods? unworn and unwashed, with tags included.

To return the goods include three points:
1. Inform us by e-mail or telephone about your intention to return the goods? title the email ?return?and in the content provide information about the order number and the name of the returned product.
2. After receiving confirmation of the decision to return from us? prepare the shipment. In addition to the returned items, it must also include: evidence of sale, printed and completed return form, a set of tags attached to the product.
3. Fill out the refund form.
4. Send the parcel to the store's address with the description "return" on the envelope. Remember that you have 14 days to send your return shipment.

We do not receive non-accepted returns from the mail.

The amount paid for the goods (without the price of the shipment) will be returned to you by means of a transfer to your account within 14 days from delivery of the return from the post.

If the ordered goods suffered mechanical damage during transport? Please prepare a complaint report in the presence of the deliverer? We will only consider this form of this type of complaint!
