Shipping cost national priority is PLN 12 (delivery time 1-2 business days).
When choosing a courier Domestic GLS (delivery time is 1 business day) shipping cost is PLN 18.
Shipping cost priority foreign is PLN 50 (delivery time 7-10 business days).
The given delivery times are approximate and indicated by Poczta Polska for specific forms of shipment, they only apply to business days. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the actions of Poczta Polska. If the parcel is not received or lost, the boutique submits a complaint to the Post Office after the expiry 14 working days from the date of shipment. After taking into account the complaints from the Post Office, we settle complaints with the Customer.
Shipments not picked up from the post office at the fault of the customer (incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel on time) or delivery company (no advice) and sent back to the store will be resent after paying for the additional shipment (optionally increased by the return costs charged by Poczta Polska for sending back shipments to the sender).
Shipments are usually sent within 1-3 days after booking payment (except for holidays and public holidays).
